So this balloons prank was definitely did for my sister as 17 October is her 21st birthday. I heard 21st birthday is important for some people because it regarded 21 as the 'Age of Majority'. The reason I did this prank is to make my sister have a memorable 21st birthday and since I never do something crazy like this before for her.
